Love this mop and bucket set.
Love this mop and bucket set . It is easy to set up , the handle is long so help to eliminate back pain . Easy to mop , rinse and dry the floor, also very easy to reach hard spots .

Best mop and bucket set
LITTERALLY been using this mop bucket set for about 2 years now and it’s the only one I use!!!! It’s easy to use and seperates the dirty and clean water!!!

Great mop bucket, but mop head breaks quickly.
The mop bucket is wonderful and I love the system. It gets all of the water out of the mop and lets you mop the floors without making them soaking wet. The pole is actually great too. The problem is the connector between the pole and the mop head has broken on me twice in the exact same spot within the first couple uses. I tried to contact customer support which is supposed to be open 24/7 but they were unavailable. If they could figure out that little plastic piece that keeps breaking, they’d have a perfect product.

Poor quality- ordered extras and replacements and none lasted over a month.
Hello,I’m reaching out with some serious concerns regarding the quality of your mop. I initially ordered one in early February, and the base broke shortly after. I contacted you, and you agreed to send a replacement at no charge as long as I returned the broken one, which I did.Since then, I’ve also purchased another full mop with the bucket and an extra mop head, thinking the first was just a one-off defect. I live in a three-story home and wanted a second mop for convenience because I actually liked how it worked—at first.However, all three mops have now broken in the exact same spot: the stem/base. That’s unacceptable. I previously owned this same mop about a year ago, and it lasted me an entire year without any problems. Something has clearly changed—either in the materials used or in your production quality—because this is no longer a durable or reliable product.I’m requesting an exchange or a full resolution. I’m still willing to give this mop another try because I liked how it performed when it worked—but the current quality is not acceptable, and I expect better.Please let me know how you plan to resolve this.Thank you.
